Family/Friend dinner ----OPEN POST

baxiasbabeShortly after his and Yanli's revelation, it was time to have a family dinner. Time to make it all official and have the wedding that Yanli deserved. Huaisang would never forgive him if he let it be that ramshackle wedding so soon after the Wen's defeat be the only wedding. So he felt that the visit between family and close friends would help facilitate the beginnings of wedding plans.
The fun part would be breaking it to Jiang Cheng and Wei Wuxian that they, in fact, were not going to have his sister back. He hoped with other people there, the damages would be kept to a minimum. Maybe. Hopefully. He didn't think that killing off Yanli's family would be good points in her favor.
The hall was set up for the somewhat intimate affair, keeping the meals decent and filling. Mingjue was out of his element and hoped that he could keep it all together.
